I have an 05 750 with a new engine,it's showing to be running hot.ive boiled the thermostat,flushed the radiator,both seem to be fine.checked all hoses,don't seem to have any blockages. Boiled the thermostat,and it opened.im at a loss.i assume the new engine has a new water pump? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Did you bleed the coolant to clear any air in the system? A service manual will give you instructions on that.

I did qhat the manual said.i don't understand it,I can see coolant flowing in the radiator,the thermostat is opening,but the temp light flashes,and the overflow bottle is gurgling
