Obviously something wrong with the rear carb so pull it, inspect, repair and set the float level. Do both. Inspect all the wiring now as well....

I recently did a frame swap on my 2005 bf it has not ran in about a year I got it to start the other day but I then caught on fire can no longer get it to start and it is dumping gas out of the rear header
