Okay, I really didn't like the smileys that came with this forum software. So, I added a new set that are similar to what you see on forums running UBB or Invision (KR runs Invision).

A few of these are still kind of lame, so I'm looking around for more.

I also added some avatars. I'm not totally pleased with these, either, but there are some fun ones.

Hmm.. since it's a file attachment I guess it won't play the animation.

The next version of phpBB will support attaching photos natively.

I think if you stash that file on a web server somewhere and link to it like you would Photobucket, it might play the animation.
