I would go with what Dynojet recommends. On their recommendations they tell you which jets to use with aftermarket exhaust and filter. It will be pretty close. Once you have done it once it is really easy to change jets, no hassle at all.
On my o6 BF750i I went with 150f, 155r I have a snorkle,K-N, CDI, stock exhaust and I run a tad rich, also I am at sealevel.
First thing to be sure of is that your carbs are clean and that it will idle smooth befor messing with the jets.
