ALL US STRUNG OUT KAWIERIDERS
Sort of glad----pushes me to get to other forums.
,and this forum---2nd home
Now that I`m racing---other forums are very helpful.
Do`nt get me wrong--I`m still jones`n for a kawie fix.
Looking to see if it`s up--then let down when it`s not aranoid:
Boops all strung out on dirtwheels and the cats just want more food.
What a life--- :retard:
GOt to ride a while---lower front end helps alot in the woods.
Cuts on the dime.
Wheelies suck now :\
But it`s an ok sacrifice for better handleing.
I have elka recreationals.
I`m gonna upgrade.
These need to be rebuilt.
As soon as I locate a good set for the front--I`ll sell these.
I lowered the front preload and left the rear high.
I can fly thru whoops now and dodge thru trees much faster.
Lower is better.
But it is much harder to get the front end up.
I also put on heavier tie rods and hypers up front.
That doesn`t help.
Stockers weigh in at 15 lbs
Hypers come in at 17 lbs
Add another 4 lbs for tie rods and you have 8 lbs more on the front.
I think I need to go for staidiums.
If you have any preload in that rear shock, take it out. The preload compounds the rebound problem on the stock rear shock and spring set-up. I ran mine with no preload, and tightened up the compression valving a bit. It sat as low as it could sit being stock.
