Hey guys, just got my engine back from getting a rebuild and am currently working on installing it back into the frame. Having a really hard time figuring out what goes on this nipple on the front of the throttle body, if anyone could check on their brute if it's just a vent?

And a few electrical plugs, any help would be greatly appreciated, been staring at this thing for hours.

I don't know but here's a shop manual...it should have all you need. Everything sure is dirty for just being rebuilt.
