I recently just purchased a used 2012 brute force with low miles and in good condition. I was washing it yesterday and noticed the sensor that plugs into the left side of the engine underneath the dip stick tube is broken. There is no check engine lights and all the other lights are working properly and it runs great. The sensor has a hole in the side of it for the bolt to go through to fasten it to the side of the engine. Would it be wise to go ahead and get one of these and put it on. I cant seem to even find where it plugs in at either. Its just cut clean off about halfway down the wire.
