I have a 2009 brute 750 that has no spark, It has fuel and has 12 v to the back of the coils.
Replaced the stator, pulse coil,CDI,ECU, key switch and have new ignition coils, voltage regulator, and rollover/tip over switch on order. I’ve checked all wires and grounds. All fuses are good.

could have mixed up the stator wires when changing that or could it be timed on the exhaust stroke? If so will it still spark? Pleas help.

Stator won't effect spark. The pulse coil will..the roll-over sensor will...the kill switch circuit also will. Does the starter work correctly? and do the interlock relays work correctly...as in you have starter when the neutral light is on and in gear only when a brake is depressed enough that the brake light comes on and no starter when in gear and no brake is depressed ? You might also check all the pins on the ECU connector..both sides.

I have Tested the new stator and also replaced it and the pulse coil. Kill switch works as it should will not crank with it off but will with it on.
If it’s out of time will that make it not fire? Just curious.
I will check the relays but I don’t think they are the problem. I ordered the above parts and will update when they come in and I install them. Took this on as a project and now I’m obsessed to get it going lol. Thanks for your help.

I put a new stator and pulse regulator in and the pulse regulator wire clip did not match the one on the brute force so I just cut the wires and attached them to the old one.. now I have no spark at all, either they gave me a faulty stator or the pulse wires are backwards? I matched the pulse wires but I’m thinking they are backwards and need to switch them.. any ideas if that’s the problem anyone?

The parts diagram shows the pulse coil to be the same one from 2005-2011 750s so if it had a different plug it's probably not the right one.
