I just got a blown up 2006 brute force 750 I know currently the machine needs rods crank pistons jugs and timing chains is prolly a good idea but I'm wondering what I should do I want to upgrade a little bit I'm looking at either an 840 kit or maybe a higher compression like 11.5 to 1 stock bore but I don't know how to jet will I need aftermarket exaust or intake? I'm currently planning on running factory cams I just don't know what I'm doing with this specific machine I'm hoping to stay under 2500 total cost with running machine any advice will help thanks

There is so much to consider...enough that I suggest you consult a performance builders like VFJ or nFlow. I can tell you it makes little sense to have an 840 with 11.5:1s and keep the stock cams...and stock exhaust. Also, you may have to mix your own fuel as the octane level needed may exceed what you can buy at the pump. There will also be so much blowby with that compression ratio that you may also need to add some kind of catch-can mod to the crank case vent. Jetting, yeah you can use the same carbs but you will go up at least 2 sizes on the mains..maybe 4 and #40 pilots. For sure you will need s different CDI as the spary advance will need changed. Dynatek probably has the best value there.

Got your work cut out for yourself. Must have a great shop... Grab the service manual and dive-in. Any good conventional ATV or motorcycle oil will be fine for break-in. If the new cylinders are not Nikasil plated you can go to synthetic after break-in.

They are nikasil plated I have kawasaki brand factory oil to put in it will that work for break in and ehat procedure would you suggest.
That's fine...and just keep using it otherwise it may start using oil. Take it easy for the first hour. Let it cool down once or twice, then start momentarily taking the RPMs higher and higher with longer bursts of throttle with cool-down breaks between..like 20 seconds or so. Change the oil and filter after the first 2-hours of running as 97% of the breakin will be completed already.
