Should work brand new but pops into neutral and shifter actually moves and shifts to n. It grinds when in neutral and slowly put into gear. Spoke with a guy today in ossining and he said to tighten and adjust the shifter rod? Take the plastic off on the shifter side and tighten the bolts together. Also I just tighted the rear mount bolt on left side about 4 turns.
