When doing the frame swap and pulling the rear swing arm on my 06 650 sra, I set the swing arm down, with the driveshaft lower than the diff. Oil started coming out eventually. I assumed this was probably normal, but is it. I would have thought there should be an oil seal to contain the oil? But I didn’t see one on the parts fiche. Is the driveshaft lubed with gear oil on this machine?
Hello, i was searching this same question, is it normal for diff fluid to leak out of swing arm when the drive shaft is lower then diff or is there a seal i need to replace? Thanks
