Flutters when taking off

Hello there I have a 09 650 brute force an it ran fine until I put a moose offroad power programmer on it.......seems like after I jus rode it a few times it started fluttering when taking off ..but runs fine at idle an half to wide open throttle.....took carbs off an cleaned ....everything looked great even diaphrams.....tall think it mite have messed my computer up?any help will be appreciated thanks

Take the Moose off and see how it runs.

I took it off it does the same thing but with less power.....I only drove it maybe a quarter mile parked it an then next time I started it was doin it

Start with checking all the basics like carb boots, fuel supply, voltages, valve lash. Then test the CDI and pulse coil/CPS.

Fuel supply is good but the boots may be next thing to check I'll check those next weekend

YOU MAY WANT TO CHECK THE RESISTORS IN THE SPARK PLUG BOOTS TO SEE IF THEY ARE GOOD OR WEAK.
