Any accessories that were added straight to the battery? Does it have a winch? If so, has it ever had the contacter under water? If so unhook it as they get water in them sometimes and short internally.

Remove the negative battery cable and charge the battery for at least a day. Then touch the cable to the battery. There should be a slight spark ad the pod does pull a little but any real spark says something is on or pulling power. Find it by removing fuses one at a time until the sparking stops. Find it in that circuit or...again look to that winch contacter.

Check the charging system by checking the voltage while running and not. Battery should read above 12.7 not running and about 14.4- 14.6 running at 2500 or more.

Reved it quit abit n never got over 11.7.

While its just idling the voltage keeps goin down till she stalls.

Well, it's not charging. Either she lost a stator or rectifier or there's some bad connection somewhere. Sone testing will find it for you. Then service manual outlines what to do.
