27s are OK...My first set was 27" Mudlite XTRs. A little sluggish on fast trails but a good ride and only touched the backs of the foot wells on hard landings. Aside from that...and the flats...and the bad wobble above 35, they were OK as for ride and clearance. After those I stuck with 26s.

Update

My wheels and tires have arrived and I'm very happy! However, I didn't realize how big these things were really going to be over stock. I wish I would have gotten the 9's in the back. The 9's seem as wide as the stock 10 wide. I'm almost tempted to sell the rears and purchase 9 wide. I doubt I will, but just saying that I think it would be a better combo.
I'll take some pictures and get them on here soon, but i have some things that i'm working on such as heated grips and seat, also a headlight project....Lights for a jeep with halo's. I ordered the ones in the you tube video link, and it looks like i'll have to do a little modifying. but the price was way cheaper than the Led Teryx or brute force leds.

I ordered brand new Elka stage 3 today. $1299.00 plus free shipping on black friday into cyber monday. I'm thinking I may not mount them until spring though. We just got 6 inches of fresh snow. I plow mostly in the winter so i'll probably just keep my stock shocks on for the winter.
