Lack of power after 10 mins of riding

Little back story, just did a full top end rebuild. Like a dope, I timed one of the cams 180 out. It fired right up but I knew right away that it wasnít right. Could tell right away that timing was off. Corrected that and it runs strong for about 10 mins then I loose a lot of power. Shut it down for 10 mins then it runs normal again for 10 mins and keep repeating. Iím thinking plugged fuel vent? Not sure if timing 180 out would have any effect on what itís doin now but wanted to put it in as it's the first few rides with new top end.

The first 10 mins it runs like it should, I can wheelie forever, donuts, lots of power and speed. After that it can hardly pull itself up a hill. Stop, Have a beer and Iím off riding at full power again.

Next time it does this loosen your gas cap and see if she is back to normal. If so, your vent check valve is most likely the culprit.
