Just put an HMF exhaust on and it's not running right

So I have a 2006 750 Brute. I just got an HMF performance series exhaust and it doesnt seem to be running right. I have a Dynatek CDI box and a twin flow aur filter (of that matters). I put the 165 and 155 jets in it with the #40 pilots and I have 1 shim on each slide needle. Its backfiring and popping blue flame once in a while out the exhaust with it just sitting in neutral and giving it throttle

And you do have the airbox lid on...and the seal is good...right? Check the float levels and look for split carb-to-head boots. They usually split at or just under the head-side clamp.

Lid is on and seal is tight. I'll double check the boots but I'm 99% sure all that is good. I'm always carefull not to overtighten those because I already had to replace those because of that...lol. I guess I'm not sure if that's the correct jetting or not.

With HMF usually about two-up from stock on mains will do it...and no more then two shims under the needles which is .040.

Boots look good. I'm assuming something is wrong with the jetting
