Rubber mounting boot for the starter relay

Well in addition to screwing up valve timing and causing my engine to grenade the guy working on it tossed the old starter relay before removing the outer rubber boot that serves to hold it in place. Any idea of other neat options to hold it in place or if a replacement is available? I already purchased relay and it did not come with one, I did not purchase this relay from a dealer. Thanks for any guidance.
