2012 750 wont start

Ok so I just got a 2012 brute force 750, took it out for a ride and it shut off under water within the first 20 mins of our trip. I am beyond ticked off. It is has lift, snorkels, on 32s, has power commander 5 and the sure knight conversion on it as well as rad relocate and hmf exhaust. I spent literally all day back at camp pulling her apart like a surgeon trying to figure out what's wrong. I'm new to Kawasaki so I'm not too familiar with everything. I'm used to a 2016 Forman that you can pretty much sink, drain, repeat with no problems. So after verifying I have fuel and air, I'm concerned about spark. We pulled the plugs and noticed that the spark from both seem pretty weak. I replaced both and it tried a little harder but still wont fire up. Checked a bunch of plugs and connections and all seem fine. Any clue what would cause this? I've read a lot about rollover sensors and cdi boxes but everything I've seen was on older bikes. Mine is a 2012 and the rollover box is not in the seat area. And I have no clue where or what the cdi looks like. Any help would be greatly appreciated as u really need this up and running. Not only is it my toy but it's also my lawnmower. I use a pull behind mower and my grass is getting kinda tall
