Yay me, I only got half my hardware with the kit.(pissed) Off to Ace Hardware I go.
Should have pics tonight.
EDIT: No dice on the bolts, stores closed. I see what VT was talking about with the stock rubber washers not being able to work. Ones you get one of the sides installed your about a 1/4 inch short on the other. Problem will be solved tomorrow after I bring home a ball file from work.

I picked up 2 rubber washers at the hardware store. Also if the rad is away from the frame you can install the bolts at an angle at tighten it down. Mike at Highlifter let me know after the review I did that its being looked into to fix that issue.

I just took a knife and cut my stock rubber washers down the middle and it works perfectly.

I finally got a ride in today with my new setup. No mudding but allot of slow (under 10mph) technical riding in the woods. The system worked great the gauge showed 210 and stayed there the whole time. The fan came on allot less then before. The heat tape worked wonders as well to keep the heat off my leg. I am very pleased with it.

Do the two bottom mounts go back through the factory rubber groments or do they just mount up solid? Just curious becasue my factory rubber pieces have fallen out.

Does the factory fan shroud go back on after the install? For the life of me I cant get it to fit. I know that the rad is wider and I am figureing that it dosent go back.
