Keeping in mind you are just pasting a link to the video, if you are using IE, at the top of the page where you have your video you will see the address bar. Its starts with HTTP:. Just highlight all that and copy it. Then just paste it in the post on the ATV forum websites. You can then highlight it again on the post and make it bold and change the color & size like I did.
Hope its OK I did that for you.

Thanks, 3-thanks Today..
I guess I will upgrade my PC memory and upgrade to a higher Video card, both will run around $120 total, see if that fixes it. If not, then I'll have to get a New Super Computer made and ordered @ $800 bucks.

Best Buy has some cards from 35 & up. They have one I have my eye on for 59, but it needs a 450 watt power supply and my desktop has a 350 watt. Might try it anyway because I want it for a PCI express slot and the others in that range are just PCI or AGP .

This I need to know as well.
Either I spend the $ to increase my Memory up to either 1.5GB or 2GB, the highest this pc is allowed and add the highest Video Card which now brings the price to $250 or say the heck with that, bite the bullet and buy a New Super PC. That $250 still may not fix everything to my liking and I still won't have the dual-core processor. I am leaning towards a new super PC.

I use a company called Computer Solutions here for my office & business stuff, and in passing I asked them what it would take to upgrade my home P/C to do pretty well with videos. They told me there was only one way, that was to build one from the ground-up which they would be happy to do. A low-end one that would do pretty well ( in their opinion) was about 3,500 and one that would do what the pros have about 6,500+. I sat back down and shook my head. No way could I do that.
The reality is that at minimum, if we want to work with these home HD videos, we need at least one dual-core processor, at least 3-4 gbs ram and a graphics card with at least 256 mbs of memory and some high clock speeds for rendering.
My new laptop is close...has everything except needs a video card upgrade. But my 8400 Dell decktop...although it does have 4gbs ram, it only has a basic 2mb graphics card and a single core p4 320mhz processor. I did put a 25" HD wide screen on it though... so it would be great if I could get it to work at least somewhat with a card upgrade.
