An Arroyo Ride on November 11th
A few days ago went for a little run on the west side. Rode some arroyos, dry river beds, some new trails and did a few hill climbs. One climb was epic for me because the last time I climbed this hill I lost a belt as the Brute trenched in axle-deep in its steep, deep sugar sand. I have also watched other quads roll to the bottom as they fell short of reaching the top.
Took some video. Here are some cuts and that hill climb. The end is kinda corny but what the heck, it was a hell of a climb even though its doesn't seem like it in the vid. And just for Slumlord, I used some Classic Rock from our hay-days. Enjoy. You can turn the HD off if you are having trouble. You can also make it full screen.

That's a pretty sweet video!
I wish there was a way to show the steepness of a climb a little better in videos and pics.
I would love to ride in an area like that

Thanks man. It does take some time to make these. Mostly its a shame that the max size of file I can upload to Vimeo even as a "Plus" member is 1gb which in HD is about 7 or 8 minutes. I recorded that whole ride which was over 2 1/2 hours.

Thanks, Yeah...but kinda dry. You guys back east have cool shady woods and even some mud...well, you are about to have lots of that "White-Stuff". I won't even get much of that unless I head to the mountains. Highcountry lives next door to some of the best stuff in the Rockys
