My 02 Prairie 650 went under for two days because of Hurricane IKE. After carbs replaced and new battery, it surprisely runs fine, except it doesn't move when in gear. I removed torque converter cover and everything is frosty from salt water. I need to remove the torque converter and hopefully take it apart without breaking it. Is this going to be extremely difficult. I just want to take it apart and unfreeze the springs or weights or whatever is there. Any advice or suggestions would be most appreciative

thats a clutch spring install and uninstall not anything to do with your torque converter, its your primary and secondary clutch those are great instructions.
Sorry didn't understand what you needed or would have pointed you in the right direction sooner.

I live on this sandbar called Galveston. The eye went over top of us. The praire was upside down when I found it and I thought that was a good thing. That kept the bottom end drained but the carbs stayed full of saltwater and they small internal pieces literally dissolved. I put some used EBAY carbs on for 150 and it fired up first crank and runs pretty smooth. I got lucky on the carbs. Amazingly, all electrics work except for maybe the KEBC which might just be frozen. I wonder how this thing would ride if I left it broke.

Here is pic of my shop when I got home. The tire of the Prairie is in the foreground, and yep, its upside down. The boat was tied securely to the trailer and did not come off. It only has a small ding on the bow, it still runs fine.
