How often these things trip the fan relay?
Well...the fan decided not to come on one day....after checking it out...here is what we found.
The fan relay was indeed tripped. I reset it and all was well.
The top wire on the fan switch felt a little loose too. I fixed that before I reset the switch.
One way to test the fan is to undo those 2 wires from the fan switch (accessible by front right tire near back top corner of radiator) and undo the headlight wire plug right near it and run a couple jumpers to the fan switch wires (which go directly to the fan).

I've had to hardwire the wires together...the stupid connectors to the breaker kept breaking.

Any downside to this? Top connector on my breaker is loose, have to wiggle to get fan to come on.

I imagine there is...but it's going to stay that way untill I find a decent breaker to put in there. I've never had the fan trip, so I'm not too worried about it right now.
Cheers
