Default carb help

Hey guys, haven't been around a while but thanx for checking on me. One of my carb slides of my 07 brute 650 isn't opening when i open the throttle. I browsed the forums to see if i could find some help myself but i didn't find any. could someone please help. Thanx alot!!!

Sorry it took me so long to reply. It was one of two things:
1: There was a very small washer (almost looked like the cut off end of a single hole wire connector) under the the needle inside the slide (how it got there I have no idea) or:
2: The diaphram appeard to have shrunk a very tiny bit, just enough to make it hard to keep it in the seal grooves on the carb, so i put something under the slide in the carb port too keep it from closing and stretching the diaphram to give it a little slack so it would stay in place until i got the cap on.
worked after that.
