I HAVE A 840 KIT THAT NEEDS REBUILT AND I NEED MY JUGS REDONE WHERE CAN I SEND THEM.. DOES ANYBODY NO THE BEST OF THE BEST WHO I NEED TO SEND THEM TO ........THANKS MICHAEL

That is a loaded question. You will hear as many opinions as there are rebuild shops out there. I had my jugs bored, and heads cleaned up, and porting, done by Flynt (popular Kawi builder over at Highlifter). You will also hear a lot of people speak highly of Mickey at Four Stroke Tech (and just as many people will dis him). Another known, and respected builder is Glen, from After Midnight Racing in Ohio. And, finally a very well known Kawi man is VForceJohn who is located in PA. He has worked on, and dyno'ed my quad. Good guy. I have dealt with all four of these builders, at one time or another, and have had good luck with all but FST. My issue with FST was not over workmanship, but over pricing. Hope this helps.

Have them sent to millenium and have the nicosil them that is what is done to mine. Just so you know VFJ in PA did my setup but got the engine kit from Glenn at AMR...
