Default 2011 Ford Super Duty

I've been drooling over this thing since I first seen the video a couple weeks ago.

Hopefully the new engine built in house by FORD won't be a huge failure.

What yall think?

Oh and here's some specs.

Nice looking truck. I hope Ford did their homework on the new engine/transmission. Personnally, I will never buy the first model year of any maker's vehicle with new/major modifications. I'll let a couple of model years go by in hopes most of the gremlins get worked out of the new systems/designs.

I wouldn't get the first model year either, I couldn't afford it anyway. It's amazing how much the vehicles have changed over the years.

6.7 liter? I hope it has a lot of torque like the 6.0.

Nice looking truck...I still couldnt convince myself to buy a ford tho.

I can just imagine the price on it! I was looking at a 2010 dodge diesel the other month and even that thing was 75,000

No more diesel's for me, just isn't what I'm am needing anymore. Now the New 6.2L V8 gas engine in a '11 Super Duty would be fine but I don't want to upgrade right now, I'll just keep my F150.

Thats a nice truck. I have my heart set on a RAPTOR as soon as I can pay down on my tacoma some more. Gonna be a year or 2 though cause I had to roll over my RUBICON cause it wouldnt tow CRAP. Georgious and capable jeep but a shame on what chrysler did to the 4.0l after 2001 when they ended the cherokee...NEUTERED THE 4.0L they did

I love my half ton Silverado Z71 extended cab. The problem with half tons around here is they are only for light duty. You can't legally put squat for a plow on them. If I could do it all over, it would have been a 6 liter F-350 with Hiniker V-Plow. The Fishers scrape better....but the speedy hydrolics on the Hinker are king for us speed plowers.

"Speed Plowers" I love it! Reminds me when I was in Iowa and we...three of us...and two plow trucks had 4 mobile home parks to plow once every 2-3 hours when it was letting us have it...and worse was after the storms the wind would start drifting for the next 6 hours of so. We ran in shifts all day and nights until it ended....Haaa those were the days..not..
