hmmm, sorry to burst your bubble, but Im about 98% sure the moose module will not work with an EFI machine.
someone will correct me if im wrong, but Im certain they were only for the 05-07 750's, 05-current 650i's and arctic rat 650 H1's

I know of no moose module /CDI that fits anything past 2007, so....the fuel injected Burtes take a different controler.

I had 2 of them that failed. Work great in the 2007 and later but the 2008 ones and up don't seem to be holding up yet.

Everything!!! Actually the Power Commander 3
The Dynojet Power Commander plugs inline with your bike’s stock fuel injection system. It uses OEM (original equipment manufacturer) style connectors making installation easy and quick. The Power Commander III USB allows a full range of fuel adjustment, as much as +/- 100% over stock. Adjustments can be made either with a Windows based computer or by using the face plate mounted button adjusters. No permanent changes are made to the bike’s system. Once the unit is removed the bike reverts to its stock settings.
Power Commander 3 Ignition Module
The Ignition Module is connected to the PCIII USB with it’s built in expansion port link and communicates via a CAN interface. As in the case of the Power Commander, the Ignition Module uses OEM style connectors to plug in-line of the stock ignition harness so no cutting or splicing is required. The Ignition Module uses “direct coil driver technology” and allows a high degree of timing adjustment. In the Power commander Control Center Software the user is able to advance or retard the ignition curve up to 10 degrees based on throttle position and RPM. It is also possible to alter the timing for each cylinder individually if necessary.
Moose Module
Basicly is giving mine more timing down low. It use to have to be easy until 20 mph then you could gun it with no problem. But if you would floor it out of the whole it would give it a funky reading and wouldn't let it rev like it should the whole way up the RPM range. VFJ and I both wonder if we had but in the degree thing in would we have used the moose module? Probably. The EFI is finyky

so basicly,it does not do for the 08's as it did for prior carb models ? when i ask the kawi dealer if moose was making an aftermarket cdi for the 08 yet, they told me it was not available.i know when my friend put one on his 07,it unleashed the beast.removing all stock limiters.

the Velocity Devices Copperhead CDI box is quite popular. if you go into google, just search VDI Copperhead
its around 500 bucks, but apparently it will knock you socks off
