Did I hurt anything?
I wasn't paying attention while riding and opened my 05 BF 650 SRA all the way up. I was doing about 45 when I realized the whine from the back was because I had it in low range. I slowed down immediately then stopped, shifted into high and kept going. So, is the any chance I tore anything up by running in low at that speed? I don't think it could have possibly been more than one minute total time.

If you don't feel anything different, like extra noise or play, then I'm sure it fine.

Heh, maybe not. I installed a dynatech module. And yeah, it was screaming.
At least I haven't heard any banging or seen any smoke blowing. Next time I take it out I will have to check it all out to make sure.

the motors are pretty tough. Whan I had my H1 over on Arctic Cat Chat guys woudl run their bikes in low all the time and wind them out. As long as it was not too prolonged and like others said, if no noise or rattles life should be good. Bet it took off the line quick

Its probly fine, if the oil light didnt come one while you had it strung out, and its not banging or clunking now, i wouldnt worry about it.
ive ran mine wide open at 117km/hr for quite a few mins at a time on more than one occasion and mine is still fine

I wouldn't be concerned about it as I have done it before.
