Happy Birthday!* Go easy on 42.* 42 is how old I was when I had a heart attack.* Key to avoiding those kind of midlife calamaties is to work less, ride more.* Worry about little things less, ride more.* Work less hours, spend more hours with family, and friends, riding...* Anyhow, you get the picture!* Ride more and you can avoid heart trouble.* I took my own advice and have no more heart problems* :).* I hope that you have another 42+ years of happiness in your life.
