Convert to the cooking grease! You can get it free at lots of the greasy spoons. They are looking for places to get rid of it! Strain it, clean it and make the small conversions! NOW YOUR COOKING!!!! Cheap, burns clean and actually good for your motor!!!

I don't know of anyone really doing that. Plus I just bought an 08 with all the stupid emissions so I don't think that will be that easy. Got anywhere I can look into it alittle more?

So far only an hour or two. But maybe later this year we can get enough to go to Hatfield McCoy's. But with diesel being over $4 a gallon it isn't getting any cheaper.[/b]
|
At our prices in Canada it puts diesel at $5.50/gallon and we have lower prices than most of Canada for fuel.* Our gas is about $5.00/gallon and we still don't cut down our traveling, just have to pay more for it.
Furthest I have gone so far is about 2 hours with mine.

Re: How far will you travel your Kawie?
I ran across an article on the net about it and it looked like it was too simple! I am all wrapped up in preparing for Gustav but if I get a chance later I will see if I can find that article....

Re: How far will you travel your Kawie?
The furthest I have traveled is 2300 miles one way
And would do it again in a heart beat
Just to hang with good people
