Default Rear brakes

OK my rear brakes when i pull my handle it has to be pulled all the way in to start to slow me down, i actually have to come to a rolling stop with. Do i need to replace my brake cable OR is there away to adjust it?

It is the same way way with my foot brake, so it connected differently or the same and do i need to adjust that also or replace the cable? I have never dealt with brakes much on ANY vehicle so was just sorta wondering what i should do with these.

Thanx in advance for any and all comments.

Default Rear brakes

There is an adjuster for both. You can get to it from behind the left rear wheel. All you have to do is turn the wing nuts to tighten it up.
