Default Rear brake/ parking brake adjustment

My 06 650i will not hold on a slight hill at all with the parking brake, or rear only brake applied. have tried adjusting the 2 wing nuts on the rear diff, but dont want to adjust them too much, and mess up the rear wet brake system. Is there a procedure for adjusting?

Try adjusting the cable at the handlebar lever.
