Default Brute force 750

I recently got a Brute Force 750, it feels somewhat unstable. What size do you recommend to get some stability? I was thinking 27x12x12. is it recommended to have narrower tires in the front? Someone recommended going with 14s, is that recommended? What about spacers, can they hurt the bike in the long run?

depends on the riding you do, if it feels like it wallows through the turns try running a little higher air pressure in the tires, i run around 10-12lbs, great for cornering but your gonna dig down a lot quicker and if your running more aggresive tires its gonna be a little ruff at slow speeds. narrower tires help for turning, i'm running 12s up front, great for floatation but then when ya turn.. they tend to float more then a narrow tire, alright if your ready for it, but can be a suprise if your not.
taller tires will get your center of gravity up higher which may make you feel like your a little tippy but if your goin with aftermarket rims the offset will compenstate for this by giving you a wider base. now this brings up another thing... the wider you go up front(stance) the more mechanical advantatage you lose and steering will require a little more effort, not lots, but noticable. but you'll be sitting good with 27s.
as far as 12-14" rim thing its all preferance... the 14 has less sidewall, means less flex which translates into better trail manners for medium to high speeds. and the 14 looks cool ;D the wife runs 27x11 all way around with out any issues and it handles real well. anyways, kinda rambling

cheers
jester

I am kinda partial to the Douglass Rattlesake wheels and Mudlite XTR's.
