Which Mud Tires to get?
I have a 2010 brute force 750.
I currently still have stock tires on my atv. I either wanna go with 30x9x14f/30x11x14r mudzillas or 29.5x10x12f+r outlaws. Going to get itp ss312's with either tire i get.
The cheapest i have seen the mudzillas is 820 with rims on motoxmall. The cheapest i have seen the outlaws is 900 with rims but i would have to put tires on rims as from two diff places from highlifter and ebay.
Im probably going to end up getting a lift anways but would prefer not too right now.
Now my questions
1. How hard is it to get the tires on the rims?
2. With either tire will i need a lift?
3. Will i need a clutch kit with either?
4. Anyone know where i could maybe get a better price on either?
Thanks for your time.

Well, lets see:
1. Pretty easy if you have a machine like I do. If I didn't I'd take them to a tire shop...even easier!
2. Probably with the 29.5s. Most likely with the 30s
3. Yes, defiantly Look to EPI or Dalton. Just buy the springs. Don't need the full clutch kits.
4. Check with Mike here with Dick's ATV. They are a sponsor and he gave me the best price on the tires I wanted...and I look everywhere.
Either tire is a good mud tire. They are both top rated for that but there are many others that do as well or better.

outlaws. mudzillas dont even compare to them.
the two best true mud tires out there are outlaws and silverbacks.

outlaws are a better mud tire than mudzilla's, you will need a tire machine to mount the tires, or tire bars like I use, you will need to lift the quad atleast 2", and you will deffinitly need to change your clutch springs.
I wouldnt run the outlaw unless you spend 95% of your time in mud, thoes tires will be terrible on trails and wear out quick.

Go backs or outlaws for the mud. 2 inch lift for 30's zillas run smaller than listed.

if you run any tire over 28",you need to put in the clutch springs.
i've seen 29.5 outlaws with no lift,it can be done but don't recommend it.
depending on how aggressive of a mudder you are,the 'zillas [which are a lite version of the mudzilla]are available in 30" now.nice aggressive tire and a smooth ride too.

i had 31x9.5 on mine with stock clutching an all that with the lil lift that i have now and it would spin the crap out of them but it wouldnt keep a rear axle boot on it, kept rippin them off
i just recently traded for 29.5x10s on ss 312s and like them so far. if you wait a lil bit longer Gorilla is coming out with a 30x10x12 silverback so if you wanna keep 12in wheels you could go with that. bad thing about mudzillas and silverbacks they run rough as hell. OUTLAWS are the smoothest full time mud tire
