I have the 28" zillas with the 14" rims and love them. Chew through almost anything and with the 28" still gives some sidewall to allow a bit of flex. Hardly noticed the difference between them and my stock tires for power difference but put in a maroon primary and it is great.

Hey rookie, do you have any pics? I have been thinking about them in a 28 but not really seen them on a bike. Thanks.

I just used a crazy carpet, cut it to size and zip tied it on the back. doesn't work very well painting though as all my paint is peeling off. have to get a couple in different colors before they stop selling them in the summer.

Right about the Kawasaki aluminum skids. They are good and thick, cost a bit more but I got a good deal on them when I bought the quad.
The shifter I found on Ebay, http://stores.ebay.ca/RCM-Shift-Knobs , the guy has numerous different designs.
It is a Temp guage. I had alot of overheating problems before I put in the Highlifter rad and figured if I had the guage I could see if it ever starts heating up.
