Default Display meter flashing 2wd 4ws

My display meter is flashing back & forth from 2wd to 4wd, & when I press 4wd it's keeps flashing back & forth, is this normal? If not , how do I reset ? Help please?

It means one or both of your actuators are non-functional. It could just be a connector, but under Brute Technical articals you will fine a post on troubleshooting the actuators. It has the flashing lights and what they mean with the different flashing times.

Most likely is the actuator on the belt cover...99%....it is the first to go bad.
