i made the factory bars come out to the edge i had some aluminum to plate it will but i think i like the lightness and smoothness of the plastic.. where do you get it down there... i don't even know where to start in canada to look for material like that

I would suggest you get with Chuck750 on kawieriders and see if he is willing to ship you a pair. I paid $70 w/shipping, so hopefully the additional shipping wouldn't be too much for you.
