Have him take it to a shop and check the alignment. You can't set anything but the toe-in, but rolling it over can change caster and camber. Look at it straight on and see if the wheels look straight up and down. If one looks leaned in at the bottom, that's the side its probably turning easy toward. Bent stuff my friend...or real bad ball joints. Also check that the brakes are not hanging up on one side. Jack it up and see if both sides spin free. That's a good test for wheel bearings too.

i would highly recommend a alignment shop... but for the quick and dirty way. mark a spot on the tire center lug on each tire. measure the distance between the two marks on the tires AT!! axle hight off the ground.. roll the quad back or forward and let the tires turn 180 degrees, so the marks are at the back and are at axle hight again and measure and that will give you your toe in or out for a quick check.

Is there a way to adjust camber and caster?

No..except for bending the frame or a-frames. They were not made adjustable like cars are. If they are off, it means it has bent frame or a-arms.....or realy bad ball joints...or wheel bearings...or a-arm bushings.

Or...take the bike and throw it away lol!!!Anyway,we disassembled the front part and we could not see anything wrong....maby the left axle seems to be a little "plastic" on its movement, not so elastic if you know what i mean, inside the cv boot where the bearings are but you think that can cause such a problem?

A bad wheel bearing? Sure!

Problem Fixed!Seems that tha inner side of the itps mudlite xxl they are wearing was a little worn out and because of this the bike wanted to go to the left. They changed sides, the in went out and vice versa and everything is ok...Who would imagine it....Tomorrow morning we will hit the trails and i cannot wait...it's been a while....
