Default oil leak problem?!

ok i have an 09 650i brute, i went ride last weekin in red creek mississippi and my bike ran like a champ! i love the new power module and jet kit. well.....cleaned my bike monday went i got off wrk and went take it for a spin. everything was fine. now today i went ride and wen i backed out i saw alittle oil on the ground and really thought nothing of it, so i started riding and my idle wasnt riding like normal it would idle high wen i let off the gas then wen i would shut it off and turn it back on my idle would be way to low and it will kill. well i though it was a problem around my carb so i started looking around and i couldnt find anything for my idle well i looked at the shaft between my engine and the rear housing and i saw an oil spot around the shaft, idk if i blew something out r what but i need help with this one....anyone has any ideas r any ways of fixing this? if someone does know something bout this happining hit me up and maybe we can talk over the phone

I don't know about the idling issue other then when mine was new, I did crack a carb boot and it would lean the mix so much, it not only popped some at speed, but also idled low then high and such.

The "i"s Brutes do have an issue with the rear output shaft seals. My first one went at about 800 miles. Sence I put the oil cooler on and dropped 30+ degrees off the oil temp, I am still on my second seal at 2300 miles. They are easy to replace. One note...they do not like pressure washers shoving dirt into them past the guard. Kills them very fast so if you do use a car wash, keep it well back when cleaning that...and the area around the front seal.

Oh...yeah.. do it under the warranty. Its easy and cheap for the next time though so don't sweat it.

Well I have a 09' and I ride ALOT! Lol I love it. I think I did it because my chip I put in last week it gave alot more power. I will try and order it but idk what it's called. I wanna get it under my warrenty but I really dnt feel like taking my lift and tires off now. I have a few connections with the dealer ship I got it from and really with everything I did to it I shouldn't have a warrenty hahaha. So me and the guys will problly do it ourself. Another thing is that I keep seeing these guys riding around with temp gauges for ther radiator and they told me it's one of the best mods they did to ther bikes and I saw a kit that said to drill into the block! Well one that has no good sond to it second they all said they ran it threw ther hoses. I have no clue about how r wat to do with it. So many things so little time hahaha

No holes in block. There is a piece you can put in-line on the hose or some put it in the thermostat housing. I don't see it being the best thing ever unless you have prblems overheating. I don't use.. or need one.

I will look more into it. Ok so does anyone have the name of the part I need to get to stop the oil leak. Because I talked to a guy at a local dealership today and they dnt sell Kawasakis so he dnt kno to much about them but he said he can order the parts. If it's the part he found it only like $15 so that's good I just hope it not hell to change it out
