Default brute needs jets

does anyone no what size jet i would need to put in with a after market cam an high compresion pistions? and exactly how much power would i have. also what would i have to tinker with to make it run good with after market crank? thanks guys

Other then...Biger..I wouldn't know. That's something that will probably have to be dialed-in afterwords.

This is the tinkering I mentioned in your "Brute Knocking" thread. I personaly have grown to hate dealing with tuning carbs. It never seems to end.

Oh and you will also need to deal with the needle height setting as well as jet sizes.

does any one have pics of dual exhaust on a brute force trying to figure out how im going to do it?

I believe there are jet kits available that will get you started with new jets,needles, and instructions for installing the kit and tuning advice. I think DynoJet is your best option to check for availablility, plus you can call them for technical advice as well.

the problems with the dynojet kits is you pay big money for only a couple jets that you need and you will have a ton of spares left over. i would track someone down that has done the mods you are doing and see what they did for jetting.
I would stick with stock kehein jets..you can get many different sized mains and pilots right from the dealer
