Now I have heard this many times but havent ran into this issue..I had some problems in the begining before I changed the primarys where if I was holding the throttle riding down a trial it would pop through the exhaust but it has seemed to clear after the jets

Be sure and check the valves what ever you do.

If its not the vavles, check your coils as well. I am still having problems with my bike after my VDI went haywire. I tested my coils yesterday and they are gone. Long story, but the specs are in the manual in the electrical section. Good luck

Throw the dyna-jet junk away. Shim the stock needles with 3 #4 flat washers, 38 pilots, and drill your main jets out to 1/16 drill bit size. has anyone else done this almost sounds too easy.would rather spend $ on a lid
than the dyna"junk" and mess with al those pilots and jets
mine is runig kinda like DPS explanes thanks
