Ok.. called Muzzy and Dynojet , both of them say not to change the primary jet (little one, right?) Low speed jet,I get them mixed up.. and Dynojet says not to mess with the a/f screw if it idles fine.. and it does...he says to just check the clip and to make sure its on the 4th or 5th clip with 2 spacers behind it..
Out of all this could that be my only problem? Just seems like something so minor and such a fraction of an inch difference..But ill let ya know when i dig back into it

Think about the jets as pilot and main. The little one is the pilot and the big one is the main. Some call the main "primary" and the book will call the pilot the "slow" jet or circut. That's just so people can remember the slow jet supplys fuel from idle to and until the big one kicks in. About 1600 RPM
I agree. The mains almost never need changed with a CDI, and sometimes the Pilots don't either...but sometimes... they do. Mine did. And most times the needles do need raised a notch or so. Or in the case of having the stock needles, shims added.
Went through and changed the clip setting to the 5th clip, it was on the 4th... and seems like that may have solved the problem, I was able to take the reducer out of the snorkel.. but I did have to turn the idle up alot more now, I did kinda expect that, cause im now giving it more fuel at idle,
Is there a way to get to the a/f screw without pulling off the side covers, its kinda getting tiring pulling those

I bought one of these. Works OK, still a bit of a Bi#ch though
Cool man.. just went onto the site and ordered one... Man thats the most money ive spent on one screwdriver though 30 bucks... but it worth it in the end..no way I'd get anything else in there..

I know. I don't loan mine out unless they want to rent it...hehe
Yea I ended up going to #40 jets on the pilots, only because the A/F screw was 4 turns out with the stock ones(#38).. but I think I still gotta go up on my main jets, There is two different jets in there now but think im gonna goto 150's front and back

You might re-think that. They are different for a reason. If you do have a full Muzzy or something simular, then its an option and they recommend jetting the same. I know the 150s are smaller then the stocks that came with it. It came with 152 front and 158 rear.
