I have to add some every now and then because due to the high pressure and compression and the wheelies the oil goes up the cilynders, but this is a minor issue.
The actuator is always a problem which i am about to solve any minute now,i will order it soon and the exaust is my big issue which i will see now what i have done with the header wrap....
One time, around 4000 miles,i had a metallic noise from the rear dif and the wheel seemed to brake on its own,the right as i recall, and i took it to my mechanic, took it apart and told me that something was loose,i do not know what, tightened it and no problem again whatsoever...
Never had any problem with seals or any other mechanic parts except the exaust. In my buddy's brute, whenever we go trailing the tie rod bends all the time...We had to change it 3 times so far.
Mine never but i am more carefull when i ride because next morning i have to take my brute to work...
I think i was lucky that i got a bike from a "good" production line maby...
I expected to have more problems but besides that,i take care of my brute, change the oils in their time, the valves and everything regarding its maintenance.I am very typical with these things as well with my car and never had any big mechanical issues in all my vehicles.
As i always say,if you take care of it,it will take care of you...
WOW, no problem with seals eh... what are we doing that is differen't from you . i am also having problem with my exhaust cracking right at the header and backfiring.

lol thanks. i have already welded it once , i was thinking about getting a muzzy, but to be honest i don't want anything louder, i am happy with the stock sound, i want a performance exhaust with near stock decibel output.

I do not think that you will find...i have the hmf slip on and i have the quiet core and the spark arrestor and still the sound is twice louder than the stock...when i first put it on it did not make a lot of noise but when it worked some hours and the filling inside burned up the noise got louder.Once i made the mistake and took everything off to see how it souned and the noise was so loud that every day i would get arrested by the police lol!!!!
Do not forget that the stock has diafragms inside and the "turbine" as they say it and it chokes the bike.
Only when i put on the slip on i saw how choked the bike was.I lost a little low end but i do not care because the bike accelerates better...
