Snorkels center or side
Going to snorkel my bike I like the look of the center snokels very clean and I don't have to cut my fenders. I don't like the jetting issues that seem to come with them. Is the 3" to 2" elbow from the air box really the cure? Side snorkels I don't hear much of a problem most guys say the never even outch the jetting. Would appreciate all input and anything else I should be rerouting to water proof the Brute. Thanks

Snorkels center or side
I'm using mud in my blood to snorkle, but i don't understand what to do with the white canister. After connecting all three with a t, where do you run the tube? In what pod? Any help please.

Snorkels center or side
I prefer the center snorkles. If you ever have to lean your bike to get threw some ruts the side snorkles might go under. The center snorkles look much better in my opinion. As far as jetting...... it all depends.... We had to rejet my buddies bike when we put on the side snorks & my jetting was fine on my bike with the center snorks. Good luck.

Snorkels center or side
I went side cause I figured if I ever get tired of um the two little black pices are cheaper than the hole front finders. I dont know about any one elses jetting issues but I dident have to touch mine.

Snorkels center or side
The bike must all be just alittle different one of my buddies had no issues with jetting out the sides and another one said he had to use tape to adjust the air going in at the snorkle. Still undecided. which way to go.

Did you use the 2" elbow out of the airbox or a 3 into 2 heard that makes a difference also

I also used mud in my blood website. I haven't had to touch my jets either, and it runs great from bottom to top. Just run your hose from your carb vents up under your gauge screen and zip-tie. I have the tops of my snorkels pointed back, not down, and the 2 outside ones turned out a little (I didn't like the belt-exhaust blowing back at my face). Some guys have to play with their snorkel tops to get the correct airflow as some have theirs pointed straight down. The mud in my blood is a great and easy way with good instructions. Good luck with this great mod.

I also used mudinmyblood this past weekend and did the center mounts. The little white canister is thrown away, you will not need it anymore. fitting the 2" takes a little work cutting the black piece up front but looks really nice. I ran my carb vents that you use the t for up to the instrument console and use plastic ties. Not a really hard job. Takes a little patients but worth the savings.

Did the center option on my quad and it works great! Yes, the 3" to 2" coupler is the answer, in Grande Prairie you can pick one up at EMCO. The whole process cost me about $90.
Hell of an option for the price!
