Default snorkel&jet kit=top end lag?

HELP!!!
I just got through putting a Bayou Snorkel kit and a Moose Jet kit & CDI module on my '05 750 Brute, now at about 45 mph it starts cutting out real bad like it isn't getting enough air! Which of these three is causing the problem? I put the 150 jet in the front carb and the 155 in the rear, another brute owner told me I needed to put the 155 jet in the front also. I thought I'd get a second opinion before I tear back into it, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
D.F.

Getting enough air is not a problem getting air is your problem you are running lean go to a 155 front 160 rear you may even have to go more than that but I think that will get you go to Tech Tips and look at reading spark plugs and it will help you understand it a little better maybe.

Default snorkel&jet kit=top end lag?

On the pipe that comes trough the fender from the air box i installed a 90 and faced it toward the front to give it a ram air effect, worked great.

Try going down the road at a high rate of speed and then let off the throttle and see what happens.

The 150F and 155R (Keihin) mains s/b in the ballpark with a stock exhaust. I would suggest shimming each of your stock needles .040 to clear up your mid-range. You may want to change out your 38 pilots for 40's but I would shim the needles before I did anything else. Two other things that worked well for me were removing the spark screen from the air box and wrapping my K&N filter with my stock foam filter. Hope this helps.
