Default question about the ninga snorkels

i was wondering if any one knows if having the intake snorkels covered like that if i hurt the air getting in to the intake properly or if it can get enough air to work. alos has anyone had to rejet with this snok setup and if you did what jets did you run. i like the set up and i want to try it but i want to make sure that the bike will be able to get the proper air flow so it doesn't hurt the bike and the proformance. if anyone has any input that would sure help thanks guys.
