Default Standed or heavy duty belt??

I was looking at the EPI website, for a belt and tool to remove the primary. I am looking at about $90, for the standard belt. The HD belt is about twenty dollars more, I am wondering is it worth the money?

Stay with stock Kawi belt. I have never heard of anything holding up better and you can get them for around $60.

I meant to say $90 for the standard belt and tool, so the price is right on there. Now just have to wait for some $$$, come on payday!!

I would stick with the stock Kawi belt. The afermarket don't seem to last as long. IMO

Default Standed or heavy duty belt??

I run the Kawi belts. I personally would rather replace a belt instead of an axle....Unlike my Yamaha toting friends with there kevlar belts.

Default Standed or heavy duty belt??

Do I have to buy the stock belt from a dealer?? They want $75, and will not sell me the tool. They said I have to bring the bike in so that can rape me... well in better words!

By the tool from EPI and I know Babbitts has the belt for less than $75, but there is shipping of course. Your dealer is just being an A**.

You can buy it on Bikebandit.com. The belt is 69 plus tax.

Default Standed or heavy duty belt??

After looking around for a stock belt, I found that after paying shipping anywhere else it was cheaper to buy one from the dealer. And it was a part that they kept on hand, so it was an in and out. Now just waiting on EPI to ship the puller, holiday jacked that all up....lol!
