what color springs
Just ordered 27" mudlites and a dynatek for my 650 SRA. This brute is used for trail riding, pulling a small trailer and occaisionaly mud. What springs would make the most of this set up?
Appreciate any help.

what color springs
I have 26" swamplites with the pink and almond set up. I lost to much topend when I installed the pink spring think I might take it out and put the stock back in. Keep in mind that the SRA brute has way different stock springs then the 750 IRS has. So the pink and almond may work different in the SRA module.

what color springs
I have played with springs all weekend in my 650i and ended up settling on the stock primary and almond secondary. The pink turned low into a granny gear and high into faster low gear. The revs were through the roof in high but the topend was terrible and I couldn't tell much difference in acceleration. I have several other primary springs to play with the next time I have time monkey with it.
I put the black secondary in my wifes 650sra and left the primary stock for the time being. It seems to work great with the 26" MSTs and moose module.

Its not hard at all. I installed the Almond secondary, with the bike still in the bed of my pick up! Make sure you oil the threads of your primary puller with wd-40, pb blaster, etc. also the primary will make a loud pop when it finnally breaks free. You will think you broke it, it sounds that bad, but you'll be ok. I personally like the almond secondary/stock primary configuration. Alot snappier, and the belt hardly slips at all. Let us know how the pink primary is, after the install. Good luck!!

Thanks bluelight, i have that first time phobia...I have the parts, just haven't had the time to do it. I got stuck in some really bad mud yesterday, and i am afraid i smoked a belt in the process.
