Default WHINING NOISE
Just wondering if anyone else has this type of whining noise coming from the belt/transmission area. I just bought this bike and i just think its a little weird to hear that, could be normal,i just figured i'd ask.thanks in advance

It's normal. Sounds like a plane of some sort IMO.

It's normal, but it definately varies from bike to bike.. My 06 750 BF is not nearly as loud as my buddies 04 P700.. He has less miles than me, so maybe it goes away slowly as things wear out. lol

Got alot of whining noise from the wife. I just use a muzzle. It works pretty good. haha

YEH, MY WIFE HAD THAT NOISE TOO, TRIED TO SEND HER IN FOR WARRANTY WORK AND GET A RENTAL BUT THAT DIDNT FLY. MAYBE NEXT TIME

Is it just making the noise when your at an idle? Does it stop when you give it throttle? Belt may be too tight.

ITS NOT REALLY NOTICEABLE AT IDLE BUT MORE WHEN YOUR RIDING...NOT EXTREMELY LOUD OR ANYTHING, JUST THOUGHT IT WAS UNUSUAL. I WENT TO MY BUDDY WHO HAS SAME BIKE AND HIS DOES IT TOO SO I DONT THINK I NEED TO WORRY ABOUT IT
