Finished stock exhaust mod
Well, I finished the 2007 Brute 650 SRA stock exhaust mod yesterday. It now has a very nice deep tone to it. I almost think it sounds better then my HMF on the 750. It was all rather ez to do just took a little time cause I did all this without cutting the end cap off.

What did you do? It looks like you just removed the spark arrester and drilled holes threw the baffle. How far down did you drill the holes? Did you have to rejet? Does it seem to run alot better? Better than HMF? I don't mean to sound like I'm drilling you I'm just curious. I want to mod mine as well. Thanks in advance.

Let's see.... Yes, I had to rejet. I drilled through the first and second baffle. Yes, It seem to run a little better. I also have a 2005 750 With a HMF exhaust on it, I was saying I think the stock exhaust on my 650 SRA has a better sound then my HMF pipe. Anything else?
